I’m awake and I should be asleep by what the time on my clock is telling me. I just can't turn my brain off. Thinking way to much. I was looking online and found an intreasting site that seems to be helping. It's about mindfulness. A lot of people go into situations in emotional mind not thinking about the bigger picture. I do this as dose everyone but if we take a step back and think it can help. Just being mindful. Cheek out the website. 😊
